The MSW scissor lift offers a spacious 770 x 1290 to 1400 mm worktop designed for bulky components such as EV battery packs, motors or body parts. The insulated surface helps ensure safe, high-voltage handling. Six support pads provide a stable, adaptable platform, each height-adjustable in three stages and insulated to allow safe disassembly of electric and hybrid vehicles. You can move the support platform ± 50 mm in four directions and tilt it ± 5° on both X and Y axes for millimetre-accurate battery alignment. The 750 W, 4-pole dual-cylinder hydraulic system delivers smooth, stable lifting from 650 to 1840 mm, handling up to 1200 kg. A transport handle and 4 lockable swivel castors keep the lift easy to manoeuvre yet safely fixed in place. Safety is built-in too – with reinforced valves, a step-lock height limiter and automatic shut-off at full extension.
