An artisan gin distilled in small batches with 9
exotic botanicals. Made with Norfolk water harvested here on the
farm in Hethersett, from the aquifer rocks around 20 m deep beneath
the surface, filtered, purified and ready for distillation. An
aromatic blend of warming cassia (cinnamon) with mouth-watering
fresh, ripe cranberries. Enjoy neat over ice, or top with hot water
to make a Gin hot toddy – if you have a sweet tooth add a teaspoon
of honey. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange slice. About the

fresh ingredients and using pure Norfolk water harvested on the
