Never ones to follow the crowd, our old fashioned
comes with a twist… rum. We take Mount Gay Black Barrel, an
incredible rum from Barbados matured in American Whiskey casks and
then finished in charred Bourbon casks, gently infuse it with
orange zest and then mix it with golden sugar and bitters. For us,
it takes the complexity and smoothness of a bourbon old fashioned
and adds the joy and vibrancy of the Caribbean. Throw in our Funk
playlist - a mix of modern jazzy funk tracks inspired by our
travels - and you’re well on your way to a party. Serve very cold
over ice, garnished with a dried orange wheel or orange zest. Time
to get your funk on. About the Producer Rythmik Cocktails was born
in lockdown at our award-winning bar and music venue. With both the
dance floor and glasses empty we needed a way to get the music and
cocktails to people’s homes. And so it began. Cocktails brings the
