Crémant is a sparkling wine elaborated with the same
traditional method as Champagne. The Crémant Rosé, rarer than the
Crémant Blanc, is made from one type of grape: Pinot Noir. It comes
from a clayey-limestone soil in the Gertwiller and Heiligenstein
area. This Crémant hast a brilliant and beautiful light pink colour
with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is fresh and delicate,
and reveal notes of red fruits and Rose flower. On the palate, it
is delicate with a lovely bouquet of fruity notes. Weight: 1.35 kg
