The Jin Reaper Trilogy mirrors the journey of the Grim
Reaper tales. Starting with the lone Grim Reaper and his pursuit of
Evangeline, before finally stealing her way from the land of the
living and making her his bride. – and most precious possession.
Her journey to her new husband is facilitated by the Ferryman, the
boatman who ferries the living to the land of the dead across the
River Styx. Evangeline rode for free, but a fair warning... If the
soul cannot pay with a coin on each eye of the deceased, the soul
is forever left in the in-between, neither living nor dead. This
box includes: 1 x Grim London Dry Gin 70cl 42% ABV: A tribute to
the reaper himself, our signature gin in its 62nd form. Life is
represented in this gin with fresh citrus orange and pink
grapefruit, while death is represented with smoky black cardamom,
green cardamom and grains of paradise. Together these botanicals
fuse to create a gin worthy of its namesake. Botanicals include
pink grapefruit, orange, cassia bark and elderberries – Serve with
a slice of lemon and lime. 1 x Evangeline Spicy London Dry Gin 70cl
42% ABV: There has never been a fierier relationship than that of
Evangeline and Grim – a mortal soul stolen away to become the bride
of the Reaper, this gin pays tribute to the vengeful maiden and her
tumultuous marriage with Death. Packing a punch with spicy
aromatics including cardamom, fresh ginger, cumin, cubebs these are
offset by Eve’s femininity with liquorice and cassia. The product
is a deliciously balanced gin which is perfect mixed with tonic or
ginger ale – pairs brilliantly with a curry. 1 x Ferryman Navy
Strength Gin 70cl 57% ABV: The Ferryman of Hades carries souls from
the land of the living to the land of the dead on his barge. If The
Ferryman doesn't receive his payment (a coin on each eye of the
deceased) the soul shall forever walk in the land of the undead as
external punishment. It's strong, it's intense, it's deep and dark.
The final journey. Be aware of this gin’s very strong alcohol
content – serve with a wheel of fresh or dried blood orange. About
the Producer Jin Reaper was launched in September 2020, but the
inspiration was conceived 3 years earlier when Jan attended a gin
making course for fun, but it didn’t end there and after 62
attempts perfecting the recipe, our signature Grim was born, he’s
quite a sweetie, but at 42% ABV he’s no pushover. The Ferryman
quickly followed, a navy strength, but very smooth 57% ABV. Grim’s
legendary wife, Evangeline a spicy lady at 42% ABV completes the
