Synthetic bristle brushes are great for chalk paints and these good quality, basic brushes are a good option for smaller projects. They are also cost-effective to use for the application of stains and oil-based finishes, so as not to damage other brushes you have invested in. We do recommend - especially for larger projects - that you invest in better quality brushes that will stand the test of time to achieve the perfect finish.
