Tesla Sealed System Filling Kit (EVCKIT) Converting a system to sealed or setting up a new one from scratch needs the same handful of components every time — a way to bring the system up to pressure, a gauge to check it, and a relief valve to protect against overpressure. The Tesla Sealed System Filling Kit brings all of that together in one compact, pre-assembled unit, saving time sourcing and fitting each piece separately. The manifold connects via a 3/4 union to the expansion vessel and 1/2 BSP to the system pipework, with a 3 bar safety relief valve and integrated pressure gauge built in. A flexible filling loop, complete with double check valve and isolators, allows the system to be topped up directly while preventing backflow into the mains supply. When commissioning, Tesla's own guidance is to set the expansion vessel pressure to 0.2–0.3
