Recommended for adults and children aged 3 years and over, it helps clear and cleanse nasal passages, washing out pollen and other allergens to reduce sneezing, runny nose and itching. Ideal for anyone prone to seasonal allergies or seeking a drugfree, preservativefree nasal rinse. This isotonic spray features a unique nozzle that disperses very fine droplets further up the nose for increased efficacy and comfortable use at any angle. Prime the spray, insert into one nostril, press briefly without tilting the head or sniffing, then blow the nose and repeat in the other nostril. Clean the nozzle after use. Each 50ml bottle gives approximately 150 sprays; this pack contains three bottles. Composition: 100% natural microfiltered sea water enriched with manganese (Sea Water, Monohydrate Manganese Salt, Purified Water). Free from steroids, drugs and preservatives.
