It also features an alveol screw-down crown and screw-down caseback with a helium escape valve at 10 o’clock, assisting the case with upholding its impressive 600-meter water resistance. The top of the Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M watch features a sapphire crystal glass lens integrated with anti reflective technology. This strong and durable glass front protects the black ceramic dial from damage and is also used for the back of the case, revealing the in-house Omega Master Chronometer calibre 8900 at the heart of the case.
