The neck cover can be detached and taken off however, when on it attaches to the rug and fastens with touch close straps.</p><p>It features a fully lined inner, adjustable buckle chest straps, adjustable cross surcingles, fillet strap, tail flap, 600 denier ripstop outer, a waterproof, durable water repellent and breathable outer keeping your horse comfortable, taped seams and ShireTex® fabric technology.</p><p>This rug is also WarmaRug Compatible which means you can upgrade this rug's warmth rating using separate rug liners in 100g or 200g.</p>
