preserve their natural taste and colour. Hi, I'm Petra. I'm the
founder of Annie's Herb Kitchen. The whole idea came from my
6-year-old, Annie, when I was making my own rosemary salt at home.
"Why don't you just buy it in the shop, mum?" she said. "You cannot
really buy this in the shop" I replied. "So why don't we make it
for my friends too, so they can enjoy it as well, mum?" she said.
And that's how it all started. I used to make the herb salts for
years just like my great grandma used to make them (that was her
special secret cooking ingredient - herb salts instead the boring
an ordinary salt). I never thought about it as a business, but we
shared our herb and salt mixtures with friends and they all love
