These lovely cotton Batiks are hand printed and dyed in India. Due to their distinctive colours and designs there may be some loose dye on the surface of the fabric and some irregilarities will occur as an inevitable feature of the process. Hand washing these fabrics seperately in cold water is recommended, especially taking care with dark colours. The dyes used include vegetable dyes and some fading may occur after washing. Please do not tumble dry or use bleach. Use a cool iron on the reverse of the fabric for best results.
