Ideal for use directly after exercise to quickly assist in reducing the temperature of tendons. The soft-feel gel pack remains pliable when frozen, ensuring close contact against the tendons and fetlock joint, this allows the boot to contour around the leg and lower limb for maximum contact to key areas. Up to 40 minutes of cooling treatment per use, simply place the removeable gel packs in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours to re activate and freeze the gel. Ideal for use when travelling away at shows or competitions as well as everyday use on the yard. The gel packs can be easily removed from the outer boot by hook and loop fastening and then popped in the freezer to freeze. Once frozen the packs can be kept flat in a cooler bag when traveling away or keep in the freezer at the yard, home or even in the horsebox. When needed simply attach the frozen gel pack to the inside of the outer support boots by hook and loop fastening. Each gel pack features a soft mesh lining which protects the skin from freeze burn. Securely fasten the outer boot to either the front or hind leg with the elasticated outer straps, for best results use directly after exercise and we would recommend not leaving your horse unattended while wearing the boots. How to usePlace the gel packs flat in the freezer for a minimum of 2-4 hours. The gel packs will remain soft after freezing. Ensure the outer straps of the boots are securely but comfortably fastened. Ideal to use for short periods (20-30 mins) For best results use directly after exercise.
