collecting pollen and flower nectar from the lime-tree flowers, to
produce Lime honey of superior monofloral quality. Our Lime blossom
honey has a very distinctive fresh and mint like aroma, with a
strong tangy lime taste that has a slight sweet wooden aftertaste
to it. As for its consistency our Lime honey begins liquid, with a
pale amber green tint but natural crystallization may occur over
time, to produce a buttery consistency. Pure, natural and not
infused Italian premium honey. We source honey from bee farms that
are located in the beautiful valleys of Italy! Using only
