The inspiration behind the Blue Spruce Gin creation
came from discovering and eating lots of different smoked foods. We
discovered some smoked mixed nuts which had been smoked using blue
spruce chippings which gave us the idea of using blue spruce as a
botanical. After many trials, we settled on the lead botanicals of
juniper, blue spruce, lemon peel and cardamom. Whereby the pine
flavour sits to the forefront of the gin. Today we are delighted to
add Gin No.18, housed inside a stunning blue tin, to the
