Thomas Ridley's Coppa Floria freshly roasted beans are
a blend of pure 100% Arabica from Central and South America which
have been carefully selected to provide a fine, medium-bodied
aromatic coffee, ideal for Espresso. The nutty and fruity
characteristics of the Colombian Medellin Excelso beans are
combined with caramel tones of the strictly high grown Honduras and
complemented by the mellowness and very low acidity of the
Brazilian Santos New York grade Arabica beans. This results in a
fine, medium-bodied aromatic coffee with low acidity, fruitiness
and lots of character for a sophisticated espresso. Countries of
