Based in northern Tuscany, the workshop of Italian stone specialists Salvatori is built on the cusp of the prestigious marble quarries of Carrara. With collaborators including Armani, Bergdorf Goodman and Louis Vuitton, they have been crafting domestic objects working with this treasured material since 1946 – resulting in some of the word’s finest marble work. Designed by Michael Anastassiades the Paperweight A is crafted from Bianco Arabescato marble, featuring an all-over grey vein patina and patel-like form.
