The Cucumber and Elderflower Collins is floral,
delicate and oh so refreshing. Served with sparkling soda (please
note soda is not included). Named after a hoax that was doing the
rounds of New York in 1874, the Tom Collins has immortalised itself
into one of the most iconic gin cocktails around. Our take on this
classic drink also includes a refreshing combination of cucumber
and elderflower. Served in a tall glass with a soda top and lemon
garnish, the Collins encapsulates British summertime like no other.

bottled and labelled in-house with skill and care. We partner with
premium spirits manufacturers and aim to source ingredients from
local suppliers wherever we can. Our planet’s resources are
precious, so we’re always on the look-out for ways to reduce our
