This transparent, acrylic medium, which dries to a clear, gloss finish, is perfect for using with decoupage tissue papers as an adhesive and sealing medium. You can experiment further by mixing with pigment powders, inks, acrylic paints, glitters etc for many decorative effects. Water-based, archival safe, non-toxic. How To Apply Tissue Paper: - Having measured and cut your Decor Tissue Paper to the correct size, apply Soft Gel in matte or gloss finish to the surface of your project using a paintbrush. - Lay over your tissue paper and flatten out from the centre, talking care to eliminate air bubbles to ensure a good adhesion. Apply a further coat over the top. - Once dry, apply a final coat of Soft Gel. The tissue is fibrous and the sealer will permeate the fibres so that, when dry, your tissue paper will be well-adhered to the surface of your project. 250ml (8.5 fl.oz)
