New Collection. We’re thrilled to introduce these clearly aligned Clear Decor Stamps, newly launched by Redesign with Prima. Create unique and versatile stamped designs on a variety of surfaces - furniture, walls, fabric to name a few - while stamping perfectly each time! The very first of its kind, featuring a customised printed design on the clear acrylic stamp itself, this feature allows you to clearly align your easy-peel stamp for perfect placement, while also preventing overstating or misalignments. Seeing the pattern clearly without inking the stamp first is helpful when creating repeating patterns. All stamp sheets measure 12” x 12” (30cm x 30cm), are made of high quality, food safe acrylic, and include a differing number of individual stamps, according to the design and as indicated below. Stamped Damask comprises 1 piece. Other Recommended Products - Acrylic Stamping Blocks, Clear Stamp Cleaner HOW TO USE YOUR STAMPS: 1. Remove the stamp from the acetate backing and mount it onto an Acrylic Stamping Block (choose the most suitable size). 2. Once mounted, apply the ink or paint (if using paint, remember to add sparingly) by bearing down onto an ink pad, such as the Decor Ink Pad range, or using a foam sponger to stipple the paint thinly onto the stamp surface. 3. Ensure your surface is clean and dry. For painted surfaces, allow at least 24 hours for your paint to fully cure before applying the ink (longer if the conditions are cold and drying times are extended). 4. When you are happy that you have loaded your stamp will enough ink/paint to create the look you are trying to achieve, line your stamp up using the clear alignments printed on the stamp (which you will still be able to see through the clear acrylic block) and lay your stamp carefully on your surface. Apply reasonable pressure to transfer the ink (we suggest you have one or two practices to learn how much ink and pressure is required). You can create less uniform impressions by using the stamp without an acrylic stamping block. 5. Repeat the process until your design is complete, reinking as you go. 6. To ensure your stamps remain in good working order, clean your stamps after every use , and between colours if you are not wanting to mix ink/paint/medium colours. Once clean, replace your stamps back onto their backing sheet for safe keeping until the next use.
