Dixie Belle Mud is a great, versatile product to have to hand. Use it to fill veneer, gouges, scrapes or even handle holes. Alternatively, use it through stencils to create raised stencilled embellishments on your furniture piece. How to Apply: After your final coat of Dixie Belle Paint has dried, place a stencil over your project and secure with low tack masking tape. Using a spatula , spread the mud over your stencil, scraping any excess back into the jar. Gently remove your stencil to reveal a raised embossed effect. Allow to dry. You could also spread Dixie Belle Mud over a flat surface and use stamps, leaves or even some jute or other texturing surfaces to create impressions and other interesting elements and textures. When cleaning up, NEVER rinse the mud down your drain; clean utensils with baby wipes and dispose of in the bin.
