<p>LeMieux ProLambskin Pro-Sorb System Half Pad in Black/Black. The LeMieux ProLambskin Pro-Sorb System Pad offers all the benefits of the luxury Merino Lambskin half pad with the flexibility to adjust the saddle fit and balance, meaning no need to put additional gel and foam saddle riser pads on top as a second layer.</p><p>The LeMieux ProLambskin Half pad is a high quality half pad made with 100% pure Australian Merino Lambskin wool which is much denser and softer than the older sheep wool commonly used. Merino Wool is fully breathable, maintains the optimum temperature in both summer and winter, regulates humidity to help prevent a build up of bacteria and viruses and offers excellent shock absorbing qualities to help prevent bruising, scarring, chaffing and pressure sores.</p><p>The LeMieux Half Pad features a clear spine and is swept up at the wither relieving pressure on the spine and allowing air flow.</p><p>The LeMieux Half pad can be used on top of thin cotton square or straight on to the horse's back. The button hole slits to the front of the half pad allow for easy combination with LeMieux D-Ring saddle pads. Also offers traditional velcro girth straps.</p><p>The LeMieux Pro-Sorb offers closed-cell foam pads that slide easily into four Velcro pockets under the lambskin. The insert pads cover the main weight bearing areas offering additional absorption and padding. The pads are made from memory foam and soften when warm. The Pro-Sorb Pad can be used as a riser pad for the front or the back of the saddle and the 9mm (available separately) and 13mm insert pads allow more accurate adjustments. The Pro-Sorb Half Pad is especially useful if a number of horses share the same saddle as it offers great flexibility to adjust the fit.</p><p>Full set of four 13mm insert pads included along with set of 4 standard memory foam inserts already in the half pad pockets. 9mm insert pads available separately.</p>
