A vintage, heart-shaped, organic cheddar from Somerset
with a deep red waxed coat. A full flavoured and creamy vintage
cheddar. The perfect cheese for spreading a little love on your
cheese board! Based on a 70 year old recipe, this creamy vintage
cheddar in a unique heart shape is a perfect cheese for Valentine's
Day, weddings and other celebrations. The cheese keeps at its best
if kept in its wax. It can be scooped or sliced. Either score
around the top and use it as a lid, scooping the cheese out, or cut
through the wax like you would a cake. If there's any left replace
the lid, wrap the whole cheese in cling film and refrigerate. Milk
