flavour; when aged its texture turns quite soft and creamy with
stronger citrus and hazelnut flavours. Our Selles-sur-cher is made
by the Jacquin family; experts in goat cheese making for 3
generations. Mild soft and creamy with hints of citrus and
hazelnut, Selles-sur-cher, is a goats' milk cheese that has a small
amount of ash dusted onto it to encourage mould to grow and to
