These luxury hazelnut hot chocolate flakes are hand
crafted using a unique blend of grand cru dark chocolate and silky
smooth gianduja made with the finest Italian hazelnuts. We add a
touch of sea salt to bring out the flavour of the roasted nuts,
creating an incredible and multi award winning hazelnut hot
chocolate. All of our chocolate is ethically sourced, fairer than
fair trade, and supports cocoa farming communities. About the
Producer Eponine is an independent British chocolatier dedicated to
crafting the very best in luxury chocolate and confectionery.
Eponine was founded by husband and wife team, Chris and Natalie,
with the aim of producing the very best in modern British chocolate
and confectionery. Both are totally self-taught, having swapped
careers in science to focus on their passion for fine chocolate.
All Eponine products are crafted by hand in small batches in our
kitchen just outside of Manchester. Our first chocolate collection
was launched in 2015, and the following year we were named “Rising
Star” at the prestigious Academy of Chocolate Awards. Try them for
