signature jam biscuits are inspired by a traditional Austrian
Christmas biscuit called Linzer cookie. Co-founder Lisa hails from
the South of Germany, and our jam biscuits are made to her
Grandmother’s Linzer recipe (excluding the nuts). About the
Producer The Biskery is a bakery specialising in personalised
biscuits. We pride ourselves in using the best ingredients and
eco-friendly packaging. Every biscuit is made by hand by our
in-house team of working mothers. Friends Lisa and Saskia started
The Biskery as a little project in 2016, whilst caring for their
young children full time. Today The Biskery is a thriving
purpose-led business baking for consumers of all backgrounds and
