contains charcuterie which can be stored in a cool dry and has an
approximate two month shelf life. The Second box contains our award
winning salmon (approx 19 days shelf life) and our smoked cheddar
and butter (approx eight weeks shelf life) - this box should be
refrigerated upon delivery. About the Producer A small artisan
producer based in Brighton, making all things cured, fermented and
smoked. We use high welfare, ethically farmed produce from small
independent, owner operated suppliers. As individuals and as REBEL,
