Fire Chutney and Serious Pig Snacking Chillies to add the extra

contains: Chilli Cheddar Truckle 200g - This chilli cheese really
does bring the heat! Take on the challenge, great grated with beans
on toast. Finest Vintage Cheddar Truckle 200g - This mouth watering
3 year mature cheddar contains calcium crystals with a sweet note
starter. It really does get your taste buds tingling! Hot &
Garlic Cheddar Barrel - There is no mistaking this cheese as it
does exactly what it says on the tin. A blast of garlic along with
the chilli kick are the perfect pair. Horseradish Barrel 145g -
Definitely not to be missed. Not too hot but full of flavour, place
a few slices on a steak and pop it under the grill to melt for a

Mouse House Cheese Company is a family run business by mother and
daughter team Erika and Mollie in Lincoln. The cheese sold is made
by our family Farm in Lincolnshire. Mouse House Cheese was formed
in October 2018 to showcase our family farm's wonderful selection
of traditional and contemporary cheeses. The farm produces a range
of cheddars as well as range of products to a compliment the cheese
in order for you to enjoy our cheese in the best way.
