leaves of fir, pine, oak and willow trees growing in the remote
woodlands beside the Svratka river, Czech Republic. Awarded 2 Stars
at The Great Taste Awards 2023. Natural and unprocessed. A
specialist honey, quite rare and some beekeepers might wait up to
10 years for the perfect conditions for the bees to make a surplus.
Honeydew honey has a slight woody taste perfect with yoghurt and
