This hamper includes three of our locally produced
cheddars; Smoked Barrel, which has been naturally oak smoked to
ensure you can taste the authentic smokiness. As well as two of our
truckles; Finest Vintage – a 3 year mature, containing calcium
crystals with a sweet note starter and Garlic & Chive – a
cheese that packs a punch of garlic with chives to enhance the
delicious cheddar. We have paired it with Percival's Sea Salted
Crackers and Percival's Fire Chutney, as well as Pask Sauvignon
Blanc, offering a dry and crisp texture, with ripe, tropical notes.
This hamper contains: Finest Vintage Cheddar Truckle 200g - This
mouth watering 3 year mature cheddar contains calcium crystals with
a sweet note starter. It really does get your taste buds tingling!
Finest Vintage Cheddar Truckle 200g - This cheese packs a punch of
garlic which is enhanced by the hint of chive. Smoked Cheddar
Barrel - Smoked over seasoned oak in our traditional smokehouse,
this creamy smoked cheddar is great with crackers. Pask Gimblett
Gravel Sauvignon Blanc 2019 Half Bottle - A typical New Zealand
Sauvignon with opulent tropical fruits and that classic Sauvignon
character. Percival's Onion, Chilli & Orange Chutney 225g -
Perfect for those who like a little spice in their food. With red
peppers and oranges, it has a surprisingly fruity flavour, and the
measured addition of Scotch Bonnets leaves a pleasant residual heat
on the tongue. Percival's Sea-Salted Crackers 80g - Using only the
best ingredients for these square cracker, including delicious sea
salt from Anglesea. Please note: some products may differ to the

substitute with the closest product. About the Producer The Mouse
House Cheese Company is a family run business by mother and
daughter team Erika and Mollie in Lincoln. The cheese sold is made
by our family Farm in Lincolnshire. Mouse House Cheese was formed
in October 2018 to showcase our family farm's wonderful selection
of traditional and contemporary cheeses. The farm produces a range
of cheddars as well as range of products to a compliment the cheese
in order for you to enjoy our cheese in the best way. You must be
