A limited edition, hand numbered batch of floral gin
delicately sweetened with raw British Summer honey, to complement
the gin's floral notes. We collaborated with the excellent, Bristol
Distilling Co who hand picked a range of botanicals which would
work with the subtle sweetness of our honey. The addition of honey
rounds off the sharper edges of gin, so you could even try this
over ice or in a gin cocktail with a bit less sugar than your usual
recipe. Whichever way you choose, it's absolutely delicious. About
the Producer We’re London beekeepers Paul Webb and Chris Barnes. We
started Black Bee Honey in September 2017 to celebrate the best of
British honeys and support British bees and their keepers. We're
committed to being a totally sustainable food business for our
producers, the bees themselves, and the environment in which they
fly. Our aim is to educate people about the incredible story behind
honey from flower to jar and why it needs to be protected. We will
never compromise on the quality of our product or the ethics behind
it. We are both passionate beekeepers and honey producers who work
