tied with black satin ribbon. Our bonbons are handmade in small
batches using the same ultra-premium, grand-cru chocolates you'll
find in Michelin Starred pastry kitchens. Each piece is beautifully
decorated, showcasing single-origin cocoas, seasonal fruit,
homemade pralines, or infusions of fresh herbs, spices, fine
spirits and liqueurs. Flavours change regularly, but always include
a mix of classics and seasonal specialities. All of our chocolate
is ethically sourced, fairer than fair trade, and supports cocoa
farming communities. About the Producer Eponine is an independent
British chocolatier dedicated to crafting the very best in luxury
chocolate and confectionery. Eponine was founded by husband and
wife team, Chris and Natalie, with the aim of producing the very
best in modern British chocolate and confectionery. Both are
totally self-taught, having swapped careers in science to focus on
their passion for fine chocolate. All Eponine products are crafted
by hand in small batches in our kitchen just outside of Manchester.
Our first chocolate collection was launched in 2015, and the
following year we were named “Rising Star” at the prestigious
