sizes, and are all expertly sliced by hand by our artisan salmon
carvers. D-cut slices are carved diagonally from the outside of the
fillet down to the skin. This traditional cut has both lean and
fatty flavour profiles in each slice, for a fuller flavour and
texture. Conveniently the ideal shape and size for a bagel. Serves
