Bio live active cultures: our gut, also known as our second brain, is key to supporting our overall health. Beneficial microbes in our gut are vital for digestion, breaking down toxins, producing vitamins and supporting our immune system.
Shatavari: Shatavari has a nourishing and purifying effect on the female reproductive organs and is suggested for use throughout the many phases of womanhood. It has traditionally been used to strengthen female fertility and can also provide nourishment during pregnancy to both the mother and foetus. Shatavari can even help stabilise a woman’s body and emotions throughout her moon or menstrual cycle.
Maca root: Maca can help boost energy, endurance and stamina. It supplies iron which helps red blood cells transport oxygen around the body and therefore reduces tiredness and fatigue. It is also traditionally known as an adaptogen to support and help balance the body, particularly during times of stress, as well as providing key vitamins and nutrients for helping relieve menstrual symptoms.
Dong Quai: Known as the “female ginseng”, dong quai has been used for centuries in traditional medicine to treat a wide range of female issues including; menstrual cramps, dysmenorrhoea (painful periods), premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and anaemia.

INGREDIENTS: Hand brewed with love and purified water, BIO LIVE CULTURES: bacillus subtilis, bifidobacterium bifidum, bifidobacterium breve, bifidobacterium infantis, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactococcus lactis, saccharomyces boulardii, saccharomyces cerevisiae and streptococcus thermophilus; and organic malt (barley) used up.
HERBS AND MINERALS: blue cohosh, dong quai, fennel, holy basil, korean ginseng, ladies mantle, maca root, magnesium (marine magnesium oxide), moringa, oat straw, peony, saffron, schisandra, shatavari root, shepherd’s purse and valerian. Enjoying your Microbes
Adults take 15ml (1tbsp) daily, preferably before breakfast. Children take 5-15ml daily. Do not exceed the stated dose. One 475ml bottle is 1 months supply. Flakes and sediment are a sign of quality.
