Milk Thistle: used to treat liver disorders for more than 2000 years. It’s best known for protecting and healing the liver because it contains silymarin, an antioxidant which regenerates liver cells damaged by toxins and relieves liver tissue inflammation. It also helps repair damages to the liver cells caused by disease, alcohol and drugs.
Dandelion Root: aids liver function by improving the body’s ability to remove toxins while also boosting the production of bile. Researchers found that the high concentration of antioxidants in dandelion root can protect liver cells, as well as warding off free radicals that can harm the cells. Dandelion root also contains a variety of vitamins and nutrients that help to cleanse the liver and keep it working properly.
Globe Artichoke: may protect your liver from damage and promote the growth of new tissue as well as increasing the production of bile, which helps remove harmful toxins from your liver. It may also help protect your liver from damage and help relieve symptoms of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
