it. Our rope-hung sides are available in small, medium and large
sizes, and are all expertly sliced by hand by our artisan salmon
carvers. A long sliced side is carved in one long piece along the
length of the fillet, from head to tail. This means that the slices
on the outside will be leaner, becoming fattier as they reach the
belly. Perfect for a crowd with individual preferences, and
beautiful on the plate. Serves 12-16 Please note: weight is
