traditional rice dish that bears the same name. The delicious dish
is tremendously popular along the Mediterranian! Originating from
the Valencia region, the word Paella also refers to the wide,
shallow frying pan in which the dish is cooked. The versatile blend
works perfectly in Paella Valenciana (containing meat such as
rabbit, chicken and duck), Paella De Marisco (containing seafood)
and Paella Mixta (containing meat and seafood). Many believe that
Paella is the national dish of Spain, as many regions have their
