The Trend 18V Compact Brushless Combi/Hammer Drill with high performance brushless motor delivers the perfect balance of size and performance. A two speed all metal gearbox provides an impressive drilling/driving force of up to 45 Nm of torque, with speeds of 0-500 and 0-2000rpm for a wide range of applications and materials. With its 13mm (1/2in) capacity all-metal single-sleeve Jacobs chuck, the T18S-CDB can drill 32mm in wood, 13mm in steel and 13mm in masonry. The compact size gives the drill an ergonomic, balanced design helping to avoid fatigue when used for extended periods. A twin collar setup for the changing between drilling and driving applications allows fast swaps between functions. The main collar has 16 available torque settings to achieve consistent controlled screwdriving. The second collar switches between Drill, Hammer and Screwdriving mode, allowing quick changes between modes without losing the preset torque position. The front mounted LED illuminates the working area as soon as the trigger is engaged to help set fixings or align to a drilling position in areas of low light.
