Robert Sorby 3/4" Curved End Scraper - Handled - 828H.3/4 Key Features: The curved end profile makes this excellent for creating, smoothing and blending curved surfaces in bowl and spindle work, eg round bottomed boxes. This new tool is able to take an agressive cut, whilst retaining the butterfly sensitivity for the refining cuts. Many turners prefer to turn their tool handles to their own specifications. For those turners we offer here the un-handled versions of Sorby's standard turning tools. These High Speed Steel (HSS) un-handled blades are identical to the ones found on the handled versions. The blades listed here will also fit the Sorby Sovereign System Handles. A Collet Adapter may be required if used with the Sovereign System. Check your manual for the size collet required if, any. Tools with handles are coded with an H.
