Mary Rose Gin: The flagship, classic London Dry gin. Mary Rose is
hand-crafted using carefully selected organic botanicals, sourced
from local suppliers to create an unforgettable drinking
experience. This gin is distilled using an organic, British wheat
grain spirit. This produces a smooth, rich flavour and allows for
more of the delicate essential oils and flavours to excite the
senses. We add Pink Grapefruit peels to develop fresh citrus notes
that excite the palette, as well as Rosemary for a soft, subtle
finish that warms the senses. Elizabeth Gin: A unique take on a
classic London Dry gin. The Elizabeth gin is expertly distilled in
small batches using a traditional copper pot still to ensure
quality. We use a British wheat grain spirit as the base, as this
produces a smooth, rich flavour that allows for the delicate
essential oils and flavours to cover the palate. Fresh citrus notes
and warmth from the juniper are complemented by a natural
elderflower distillate, producing light flowery and honey-like
tones, whilst ensuring a crisp, palate-cleansing finish.
Dreadnought Gin: Dreadnought Gin is the second in the fleet. A navy
strength London dry gin at 57.5%. So-called because a warship's
gunpowder could still ignite, even if soaked in the spirit.
Distilled in small batches using an organic, British wheat grain as
the base. This produces a smooth, rich flavour that is not as harsh
on the palate and allows for more of the delicate essential oils
and flavours to excite the senses. Subtle notes of pink grapefruit
peel liven the front of the palate followed by a soft rosemary
