To complement the grained aluminium, body the ‘ENDURANCE 2.0’ vial covers are machined from composite compact resin allowing a thinner vial cover to be manufactured which improves vial visibility, strength and durability. These are mechanically fixed using stainless steel dowels allowing for maximum strength and rigidity when used in the harshest environments. The combination of the grained Aluminium, composite compact resin and stainless steel allow the ‘ENDURANCE 2.0’ level to be used in every environment whilst retaining dimensional stability. The Improved ENDURANCE 2.0 is perfect for external use and demanding conditions.. The ‘ENDURANCE 2.0’ level is calibrated during manufacture to achieve 0.4mm per mt or greater.
