tangy pungent rind. A meaty, washed rind semi-soft cheese made by
Oxford cheese. The pungent and spicy flavours of this English
cheese compete with any classic French Epoisses, Maroilles or
Soumatrain. Oxford Isis is a robust wash rind cheese from Robert
Pouget. Made by using a fresh cheese as the base product, it is
then sprayed and ripened with Oxfordshire honey mead, which alters
the cheese in character. It matures to a creamy consistency and
