deposit droplets of honeydew sap that bees collect from the leaves

colour with a delicate tangy taste. Citrus honey is considered
luxurious and exotic. As for its consistency it naturally
crystallizes into a beautiful rich, thick, creamy texture. Hidden
within its creamy layer are buried treasures of crispy, crunchy
crystals! Pure Acacia Our Acacia blossom honey comes from the bees
collecting nectar from the Acacia flowers to make Acacia honey with
a very mild, candy sweet and floral flavour. There is a beautiful
mild floral and vanilla aroma. It is an excellent source of energy!
