Bosco honey TA 15+, also known as Forest honey is unique. One of
the rarest, most complex honeys in the world. Unlike our other
honeys that come from pollen and nectar, instead bees create this
Bosco honey with another sweet substance called honeydew. Aphids
deposit droplets of honeydew sap that bees collect from the leaves
of Alpine trees of Linden, Fir and Oak. It’s this unique
process that Bosco is a high energy honey, the richest in minerals
and enzymes, thus an excellent supplement for athletes. Producing a
Strong, malty like flavour, not as sweet as our other honeys.

+ comes from the bees collecting nectar from the coriander plant.
Our coriander is very special indeed. Light amber colour, sweet
floral taste and enriched by the presence of a slightly herbal
aftertaste, releasing a strong floral and mild herbal aroma. It’s
consistency is liquid to begin with but crystallises into a creamy,
velvety with a crunchlike granule finish on your palate. Pure Lime
Our Lime blossom honey TA 10+ comes from the bees collecting pollen
and flower nectar from the lime-tree flowers, to produce Lime honey
of superior monofloral quality. Our Lime blossom honey has a very
distinctive fresh and mint like aroma. It is complex and exquisite,
not too sweet. With an unusual enticing mouthwatering tangy lime
edge in flavour. Stunning Golden colour, with pale green tints. A
toffee liquid consistency which overtime naturally sets into a
buttery state. Acacia and Ginger Our Acacia honey with Ginger is
our only speciality blend. It is our Acacia honey 99% blended with
1 % natural Root Ginger (a flowering plant). Our Acacia blossom
honey comes from the bees collecting nectar from the Acacia flowers
to make Acacia honey producing a delicious candy sweet and floral
flavour. A mild floral and vanilla aroma. This honey is blended
with 1 percent root ginger adding a unique ginger spicy warm
lasting aftertaste. Releasing a delightful warm Ginger aroma. A
very popular honey because of its immune boosting and cold soothing
properties. Also, sought after for its tendency to remain liquid
