superfoods for a bioavailable and indulgent way to incorporate
turmeric into your daily rituals. Our tropical forest honey is from
Zambia, where the rich miombo forest provides an enormous diversity
of forest trees and flowers, creating nutrient-dense honey. The
beekeepers in the region use traditional methods, utilising only
natural fibres to build the hives and skilfully collect the honey
without the need for protection. Get experimental with this golden
nectar, see below for some inspiration: 1. Add 1 teaspoon to hot
milk/mylk for a delicious warming turmeric latte. 2. Add 1 tsp to a
cup of hot water, lemon juice and a splash of apple cider vinegar
3. Swirl into your oats 4. Even use it as a natural
facemask!
