contains: Tomme de Brebis 200g: Tomme de brebis is the shepherd’s
cheese of choice. He often would carry with him a small jar of
black cherry jam to eat with the cheese. The interior is smooth
with gentle aromas. The taste is mild. It reveals a rich, lactic
and lightly salted flavour, with a hint of caramel.Roquefort 200g:
Roquefort is a French ewe’s milk cheese, one of the best known
cheeses in the word! The cheese is moist crumbly and creamy with
green-bluish veins. The flavour is sharp, tangy and salty.
Undeniable a king of cheese, as the French say!Perail 120g: Perail
is a soft ripened, creamy cheese made of whole sheep’s milk. It has
a pronounced aroma and a buttery, mild flavour, with notes of
wildflowers and a gentle sweetness. All balanced by the earthy
undertones typical of the ewe’s milk. About the Merchant Shop and
bistro, Champagne+Fromage brings rustic fare and fizz to you,
served the French way. The first location was opened in Covent
Garden in 2011 and can now be found in multiple locations.
