began when mum and daughter team, Maxine and Donna, started a tiny
vegetarian café on the beautiful island of Antigua. This café was
named after grandmother Mama Lolly. A fascinating woman whose joy
was food family and friends. The café was the perfect fusion of
vibrant Caribbean colours, soul-soothing music, conversation, the
smell of deliciousness, home-comfort, and incredibly tasty food.
They made their own traditional Caribbean cooking sauces and hot
pepper sauces for use in the café, from grandma’s home recipes.
