tomatoes in Jerk sauce, 4 chicken pieces, a small onion thinly
sliced and 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the onion in oil for 3 minutes
under a medium heat and then add chicken and fry until sealed, or
golden in colour. Stir in the sauce. Bring to the boil and then
cook covered under a medium heat for 25 minutes. Ensure the food is
fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. Serve with
rice.
