Calabria in Southern Italy. What's inside: Dried Rosemary 5g:
Rosemary is one of the most popular Italian herbs and can be used
to flavour so many dishes, particularly roasted and grilled meats,
poultry and fish. It also goes well with pulses, especially chick
peas, cannellini beans and lentils, with potatoes naturally (roast
potatoes are never served without rosemary) and also aubergines,
courgettes and pumpkin.Dried Oregano 5g: In the Calabrian markets
large bouquets of Oregano fill the air with their intensive
aromatic fragrance. One of those few Italian herbs that,
traditionally, are almost always used dry, not fresh. Calabrian
Oregano has a unique intense flavour thanks to the unusually high
concentration of essential oils found in this native variety. To
use simply shake the whole branch gently over your plate or pot.
Oregano is great for finishing summer salads, winter stews, pizzas
and bruschetta.Dried Marjoram 5g: This herb is similar to oregano
but milder in flavour. Marjoram is particularly good with meats and
seafood but can also be added to stews, sauces, salad dressings and
compliments carrots, cauliflower, spinach, mushrooms and peas.
Because of its sweetness marjoram is also used for crème brulee, in
