Made from ruby red grapefruit with hand cut peel this
marmalade is lovely and bitter, made to our own recipe. The shreds
are coarse cut, by hand, along with the flesh and juice of the
grapefruit, giving the marmalade a lovely red colour. This is not
suitable for anyone taking statins. About the Producer Jam Packed
Preserves is a small family-run business specialising in luxury,
British preserves to the highest standards, but believe these
shouldn't cost the Earth. Here at Jam Packed Preserves we don't
like food waste. That's how we got started. We had a surplus of
fruit from our allotment, and after getting the family recipe from
Grandma, the first jar of raspberry jam was made. We source the
best quality ingredients from British growers whenever possible. We
don't just do this because we believe in supporting our
communities, but it also reduces food miles, making it a much more
sustainable choice.
